Painting & finishes
Walls, ceilings, doors and mouldings. Old lime plaster is repaired to the right substrate before any paint goes up — that's the difference between a wall that holds and a wall that cracks in six months.
- Surface prep: filling, sanding, primer

Tiling & bathrooms
Waterproofing first, tiles second. We build the wet zone like a small boat before anything decorative goes on top — cement board, sealing tape at every corner, then large-format porcelain or stone.
- Full waterproofing membrane, tanked shower zone
- Large-format tiles up to 120×60, mitred corners
- Walk-in showers with linear drains
- Heated floors, under-tile, thermostat wired back

Kitchens
Layout, plumbing moved, wiring for appliances, cabinetry fitted, worktop templated after the carcasses are level. We coordinate with your kitchen supplier so nobody is waiting on anyone else.

Partitions & plasterboard
New rooms, false ceilings, acoustic walls. We build to a level line, not to the eye — every wall is checked with a laser before the plaster goes on. Straight lines hold the rest of the renovation together.
- Metal stud framing, insulated cavities
- Acoustic double-boarding where bedrooms meet living areas
- False ceilings for recessed lighting and ductwork

Electrical & plumbing
Full rewiring to NF C 15-100, new pipework in copper or PER, radiators and heated towel rails. Every circuit is tested and certified before we close the walls.
